Participation of Romanian researchers in Horizon Europe mentoring programs
The Ministry of Research, Innovation and Digitization announces the launch of Investment 6, aimed at the development of Orizont Europa mentoring programs, financed with 5 million euro through the funds of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NRRP). The call for projects opens on 14.08.2024, and the submission of applications will be continuous until the allocated budget is exhausted, but no later than 30.11.2025. Mobility projects for researchers (MC 2024)
The Ministry of Research, Innovation and Digitization approved by MCID Order no. 21667/11.09.2024, the launch of the competition for Mobility Projects for Researchers - 2024, within PN IV, Programme 5.2 - Human Resources, Subprogramme 5.2.2.2 - Mobilities. The online application platform will be available from September 25, 2024 at: http://uefiscdi-direct.ro. Grant applications are submitted on a rolling basis until October 31, 2024, 16.00.

Joint call Biodiversa+ 2024-2025 - BiodivTransform "Biodiversity and transformative change"
Biodiversa+, the European Biodiversity Partnership, is pleased to announce that on September 10, 2024 it has launched the new joint transnational call for research on biodiversity and transformative change - BiodivTransform.
This call, together with the actions included in the "Supporting Societal Transformation for the Sustainable Use and Management of Biodiversity" program, will contribute to achieving one of the strategic objectives of Biodiversa+: generating knowledge for transformative change to halt and reverse biodiversity decline (Biodiversa+ Strategic Research and Innovation Agenda, 2021).

The Future of Food Systems - FutureFoodS partnership, run under Horizon Europe, aims to accelerate the development of sustainable food systems by mobilizing European research and innovation to this end. The partnership was officially launched on June 1, 2024, with 87 partners from 29 countries.
The FutureFoodS Partnership aims to accelerate the transformation of national, European and global food systems to make them safe, sustainable, healthy, resilient and reliable for everyone, while staying within the limits of our planet. It contributes to the European Union's Green Deal objective of "Fair, healthy and environmentally friendly food systems from primary production to consumption".
